The following are working procedures of our Mineral Separation Line.
The ores are firstly sent to the Jaw Crusher for primary crushing, after being reduced to a reasonable size, the materials are taken to the ball mill by an elevator and feeder for crushing and grinding. The next procedure for the ground materials is classification. Based on the principle that solid particles have different sedimentation velocity due to their different specific gravity, the spiral classifier can wash and classify the mixed mineral materials. After this, the magnetic materials in the mixed mineral materials can be separated under magnetic force and mechanical force when passing the magnetic separator. Then the mineral particles are sent to the flotation machine, and add different drugs according to their different properties, thus making the desired mineral be separated from other unwanted minerals. After being separated, the minerals with large amounts of water should be dried by a dryer.
