Our sand production line consists of Jaw Crusher , Impact Crusher, Sand Making Machine, Vibrating Screen, Sand Washer Machine and Belt Conveyor etc. It is of high automation, low operating costs, high broken rate, energy saving and simple maintenance. The sand being made has even size and good shape, and meets national standards of construction sand.

Working Procedures
Firstly, the raw materials (stone) are primarily crushed by the Jaw Crusher , then, the crushed coarse materials are taken to the Impact Crusher by belt conveyor for further crushing. After this, the materials are divided into two types according to their size. The materials that meet the granularity of sand making machine are delivered into the sand making machine, and the others are sent back for another crushing. Some materials in sand making machine are made into sand, and produced into end products after washing. The others are delivered into sand making machine to be broken again, and are made into all kinds of sand conforming to the requirements ultimately.
