Customer Service

Terms of Trade

Payment terms: The buyer should pay 30% of the total order amount as deposit by TT within 2 working days after confirmation of purchase order. After the buyer checks and accepts goods at seller's plant, the seller will show the shipping documents and the buyer shall pay 70% of the total contract amount by TT or L/C.

Time of delivery: Shipments are made within 30 days after the receipt of deposit.
5 days after signing the contract, the seller should provide equipment plan, foundation drawing and installation diagram.

Quality assurance: The product guarantee period is one year (not include wearing parts).

Others: Within the guarantee period, the seller sends technicians for installation and debugging. All expenses including meals, accommodation and transportation are borne by buyer. Additionally, the buyer has to pay each technician 50 dollars per day. The seller provides product Chinese/English manuals, drawings and so on.
